TLC Construction and Renovations, LLC broke ground on The HUB Campus, which is The Harrisburg Uptown Building (The HUB) and The HUB Veterans Housing (HUB VH). The HUB, the building that formerly housed Hamilton Health Center, is currently under renovation. The HUB Veterans Housing LP (HUB VH), which is new construction, is underway as a result of an awarded tax credit through the investor Fulton Bank, to build a 20 one-bedroom apartment facility for veterans. Tarik’s for-profit, TLC Construction & Renovation, and his aunt, Juanita Edrington-Grant, non-profit, Christian Recovery Aftercare Ministry, Inc. (CRAM), set out to purchase property to implement the vision which is now known as The HUB Campus.

TLC Work-Based Training Program, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, headquartered in Harrisburg, PA, that provides training and workforce development services to hard-to-place individuals. TLC Work-Based Training Program designs its programs to have an “apprenticeship” affect, in that participants will devote time to learning skills on the job and in a classroom setting, under the direction and guidance of highly skilled individuals, and certified individuals as required, in a classroom setting.
