TLC-WBT Program Helps Restore The Jackson Lick and Hall Manor Pools
HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – The Jackson Lick and Hall Manor Pools will open next week.
Mayor Eric Papenfuse says both pools will open July 7 with reduced rates.
“We are pleased to inform city residents that both pools will be open from noon to 6 p.m. Tuesdays through Sundays until September 6,” Papenfuse said, “and we have reduced entrance fees by more than half for Harrisburg children and for seniors.”
Entrance is free for children under 2 years old and $2 for those between 3-17 years old. The same rates will apply to seniors over 60 years old.
Papenfuse also thanked city employees with the Department of Public Works and Parks and Recreation for their hard work in making repairs to the pools.
“I also would like to thank the Harrisburg Housing Authority for their contribution of new lights and the TLC Construction and Renovators for roof repairs at the Hall Manor pool,” he said. “These contributions were vital to our being able to open the pools this summer.”
